These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of VowQR, a wedding website platform operated by Univalis Yazılım Hizmetleri Ltd. Şti. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
VowQR lets couples create a wedding website, collect RSVPs, share QR codes, and manage guest photos and messages. Features depend on your selected plan.
You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us a limited license to host and display it solely to operate the service. You must have rights to all media you upload and comply with applicable privacy laws for guest data you collect.
When guests submit RSVPs or uploads, you act as data controller for their information. We process that data on your behalf as a processor. Provide appropriate notice to your guests.
Do not upload illegal, abusive, or infringing content; do not attempt to breach security or scrape the platform. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Paid plans are billed according to the pricing shown at checkout. Refunds follow the policy stated at purchase unless required otherwise by law.
We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance may occur with reasonable notice when possible.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to fees paid for the service in the preceding twelve months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
You may close your account by contacting hello@vowqr.com. We may terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
