Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to one-time purchases of VowQR plans (operated by Univalis Yazılım Hizmetleri Ltd. Şti.). Payments are processed by our payment provider; your card statement may show the provider name.

1. Digital delivery

VowQR is a digital service. After successful payment, your selected plan features are activated on your account — typically within minutes. No physical goods are shipped.

2. Refund eligibility

Because access begins immediately, refunds are generally not available once your plan has been activated and you have used the builder, published your site, or collected guest data — except where required by applicable consumer law.

  • If you were charged in error (duplicate charge, wrong amount), contact us within 14 days.
  • If the service is materially unavailable due to our fault for an extended period, we may offer a partial credit or refund at our discretion.

3. How to request a refund

Email hello@vowqr.com with your account email, wedding ID if applicable, and payment reference. We respond within 5 business days.

4. Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a chargeback so we can resolve the issue. Unfounded chargebacks may lead to account suspension.
